Open a work item. For more information, see Opening a work item.

The image of the work item will be displayed in the Document Viewer.

Select the Fields tab.

The number of alternative field values will be displayed in the Alt. column.

Click on the number in the Alt. column.

The alternative field values will be displayed:

Click Show field next to a field value.

The field value will be highlighted in green in the image.
