Configuring the "xSuite Web" web component
Call the transaction SICF.
In the Hierarchy Type field, select
SERVICEand press F8.Set up the web service
wmd_web_service(under default_host → sap → bc).To do so, double-click the web service and enter the RFC logon data. You can enter an RFC user that is already in use.
If a multi-client installation is in use, specify the same RFC user with the same password for all clients. In addition, leave the Client field blank.

Activate the web services. To do this, in the context menu of the web services
wmd_web_serviceandwmd, choose Activate Service.Additional services are located in the web service
wmd. Deactivate the services that you do not need.Notice
Activate the services again after an update, as new services may have been added, such as the
openui5services.For each client, define which web addresses can be used to access the web services of xSuite Web. For more information, see "Define Targets for xFlow Web" activity.
You only need to define the system ID and client, for example,
I12and100. The URL and the web service are determined automatically.If a multi-client installation is used, also set the
xf5web.multi_client_urlparameter totrue(SE80 → package /WMD/UI5_GW → wmd → ui5_365 → MIMEs → settings.js). Define the same RFC user with the same password for all clients.If xSuite Web is used in conjunction with non-Unicode systems, set the
serv_unicodeparameter tofalse(SE80 → package /WMD/UI5_GW → wmd → ui5_365 → MIMEs → settings.js).Specify whether the autocompletion of the user name is used on the login page. To do this, set the parameter
xf5web.autocompleteto the valueonoroff(SE80 → Package /WMD/UI5_GW → wmd → ui5_365 → MIMEs → settings.js)
