"Default Subscreen Settings" activity

/WMD/BC_SPRO → xSuite Business Solutions → Workflow → Basis → Screen Layout

This is where the display of the middle input area of the xSuite input dialog is preset. This table is already populated with default values when xSuite is delivered.

Object Type

The xSuite application to which the settings apply

Dialogmode

The xSuite workflow task

The exact task is defined based on the combination of object type and dialog mode, as in /WMD/XF_AP + RELEASE = AREL.

An overview of the dialog modes can be found at Appendix H, xSuite dialog modes.

Subscreen

Subscreen area of the xSuite accounting stamp. The following subscreens must be defined:

  • ACC = Account assignment (all tasks)

  • HEAD = Header data (all tasks)

  • ITEM = Position data (all tasks)

  • TEXT = Text input (all tasks)

  • WFLOG = Log (all tasks)

  • RELEASE = Release block (only for release and payment release tasks)

  • GRPO = Post goods receipt / change purchase order (only for tasks LGPO, XIGR, XIPO)

Sort index

Order in which the subscreens appear in the task

Height

Height in pixels used for display when the subscreen is open

is active

If this checkbox is activated, the subscreen is expanded when the task is opened.

If the checkbox is deactivated, the subscreen remains closed and can be opened manually.

Note: User-specific adjustments will override this setting.
