"Category Assignment for AchiveLink Document Types" activity

This is where definitions are made as to which document types are similar, that is, which belong to the same document category.
The document category is used for changes in record type or in transaction to convert attachments of an xSuite Interface data record or an xSuite document to the correct document type of the target record type.
Make entries for all the following document types that play a role in changes of record types or transactions.

Example
In xSuite Interface, e-mails are archived with the document type ZFPMAIL.
In the Invoice workflow, e-mails are archived with the document type ZXFMAIL.
If a change of transaction is performed in the Invoice workflow, attachments of document type ZXFMAIL will be converted to document type ZFPMAIL.
You should therefore assign a category to both document types. You do not necessarily have to use the same category. Maintain these entries for company code 1000:
