"Default Screen Settings" activity

This is where to define the display of the button bar, the height of the header bars of the input areas and the width of the document display. The center input area will then dynamically adjust to the amount of space remaining after the left and right areas have been defined.
All object types are specified in the default settings. The default settings are defined such that xSuite tasks will fill the screen of a 16:9 monitor.

Object Type | Each xSuite application must have its own default setting for the screen sections: For an overview of all expressions, see Appendix G, xSuite object types In the standard system, the values for each xSuite object type are predefined. |
Left area | Width in pixels that applies to the display of the button bar on the left. |
Right area | Width in pixels that applies to the display of the document on the right. |
External | If this checkbox is activated, the document is displayed in an external window. |
On-demand | If this checkbox is activated, an existing document is only displayed when the Show Image button is selected. |
Height | Here, the height of the headings of the input areas is indicated in pixels. Especially in the case of monitors with very low or very high resolution, the headings might be displayed completely or too small. Should this be the case, the size can be adjusted as needed. |
