"Define Text Templates" activity

This option is where the text templates are defined. Such text templates might be for the text field in the xSuite accounting stamp or for a vendor mail.
The templates can be defined in the text module editor.
Field | Description |

Language key | The language key indicates the logon language used to display the text element to be created. |
User ID | The text module is assigned to the agent using the user ID. |
User role | The user role identifies the workflow task. |
Text shortcut | The text shortcut is for selection at a later point in time (in the accounting stamp), for a text module created in this context. |
Description | Descriptive text that supplements the text abbreviation and indicates which template is at hand. |
Long text | The actual text that appears after selecting the text template. |
