"Grid for Items and Release" activity (Invoice)

The item tables and the release tables for the respective products are defined here. You can define which column is displayed where, as well as how wide it is.

Description

Key for Layout and Field selection

Descriptive text for the configured table:

  • DEFAULT_FI = Default item table that is delivered as standard

  • DEFAULT_MM = Default MM table that is delivered as standard

  • FI_ITEM = Item table for FI tasks

  • FI_RELEASE = Table of the release block for FI release tasks

  • MM_GRPO = Table for Post goods receipt/change purchase orders. Area of task LGPO (Post GR / Change PO)

  • MM_ITEM = Item table for MM tasks

  • MM_RELEASE = Table of the release block for MM release tasks

Field Name

The field name of the SAP field used

Col

The position of the column in the table

Col. width

Column width in number of characters
