"Assign Tasks" activity
/WMD/BC_SPRO → xSuite Business Solutions → Workflow → Basis → Basic Settings
This activity assigns the xSuite workflow template and xSuite tasks to each other. It is also used to specify which task is assigned to xSuite Web, SAP Fiori and/or xSuite Mobile.
Column | Description |

Task number | Number of the xSuite workflow task to which the xSuite standard task is linked. |
Task number | Number of the standard xSuite task that is linked to the xSuite workflow task. |
WebEnabled | Activation of the task for xSuite Web If the checkbox is enabled, the task can be executed in xSuite Web. |
ITS reqrd | Specifies that a task requires a configured ITS for full usage. These settings must not be changed. Otherwise, the task is executable, but direct access to SAP transactions is not possible. |
Fiori Task | Activation of the task for SAP Fiori If the checkbox is enabled, the task can be executed in SAP Fiori. |
Mobile Tas | Activation of the task for xSuite Mobile If the checkbox is enabled, the task can be executed in xSuite Mobile. |
