"Assign Layouts per Record Type" activity
/WMD/BC_SPRO → xSuite Business Solutions → Workflow → Invoice → XI Documents
Here, you can adjust the layouts of the xSuite dialogs to certain record types and make them only available for these record types. These settings will overwrite the general layout settings and only apply to the record type you specify. Record types for which no special layout has been configured will use the default layouts:
