"Default Tolerance Settings" activity (XI Documents)
/WMD/BC_SPRO → xSuite Business Solutions → Workflow → Invoice → XI Documents
In xSuite customizing for XI documents, you can set how individual workflow steps react if an SAP blocking reason exists in an XI document. You can use tolerance customizing to specify the blocking reasons to which the individual workflow steps are to react. A document without a blocking reason can pass through a workflow task in the background and a workflow task whose document has a blocking reason entry can be routed to a dialog for processing.
You may select any number of criteria. If any criterion is met, then the processing of the workflow task in the background will be halted. For example, if price and quantity blocks are set, the occurrence of the Price blocking reason will suffice to stop automatic processing and assign the task to an agent.
