"Set up Mail Archiving" activity (Orders)

/WMD/BC_SPRO → xSuite Business Solutions → Workflow → Orders → Interface Documents

The settings for mail archiving in xSuite Interface Orders are maintained here. When e-mails are sent from xSuite, they are automatically saved as PDF files in the archive system along with the current SAP document.

Settings are made on the object-type level. An entry must be created for each xSuite object, company code and SAP business object.
