Classifications can be created according to customer-specific requirements in record type customizing. Classifications can be used to flexibly control document authorizations.
Classifications can be included in the document when it is transferred to SAP. Authorization objects can then be used to allow specific users to access a document.
You can filter according to classifications in the overviews, such as the Invoice Overview.
Notice
If a certain classification has been defined, it must also be specified in the document. Alternatively, blank characters can also be entered.
