"Set up Mail Archiving" activity
/WMD/BC_SPRO → xSuite Business Solutions → Workflow → Basis → Basic Settings
This is where to configure how outgoing e-mails are sent within xSuite workflow tasks. An example of these mails would be transaction-related vendor e-mails.

XF Objtyp | The xSuite application for which the log is written. Several entries can be created for each xSuite application. |

Obj. Type | Object type of the xSuite application (for example, BKPF for FI) |
Message | DARA |
Object ID | Specified object ID (document type in transaction OAC2/OAC3) that is used for the xSuite log. |
StSytm | The archive that is used for storage. |
Storage Mode | Select the storage mode:

Output Device | The output device specified for archiving. However, we recommend that you set up your own archive printer in transaction SPAD. Depending on the SAP release and the patch level, SAP made changes that meant that the printer LP01 could no longer be used in the delivery settings. Use the PDFUC (PDF Unicode) device type for the output settings. |
Form Name | Form name to be determined for the xSuite log. The form /WMD/XF_MAIL_ARCHIVE is delivered as the standard form for mail archiving. |
Language | The output language for the xSuite log. |
Notice
The archiving of outgoing e-mails from the workflow will not be activated until an entry has been maintained in this table.
