"Release Objects Settings" activity (Procurement)

This is where to define the release objects that are required for agent determination. These entries are used to determine the account assignment elements in the xSuite role resolution.
Column | Description |

Rel. type | Release type for agent assignment such as CCTR (cost center), GLAC (G/L account), PUOR (purchasing organization) |
Object Type | The object type suitable for the xSuite application. |
Table Name | Name of the table containing the fields. |
Field Name | Name of the table that contains the field used as the account assignment element. |
Conv.Rout. | Five-character abbreviation for the conversion routine used for the field. The conversion routine results from the domain represented by the table field (for example, ALPHA, ABBSP). |
