Transfer to WF

When activated, an Interface workflow will always start automatically, even when the program for processing (/WMD/FP_AR_BATCH) is being used. If the Error processing field has also been activated, the workflow will only start if an error has occurred (document creation not possible).

Presetting ID

Selection of the default setting of the ID. The default settings are maintained within the SAP TA OAWS.

Prevents the record from being automatically processed by the program. Automatic processing might be a good option, though, if, for instance, images need to be picked up directly from a directory and processed, or if you are working with external document extraction solutions outside of SAP.

Start WF enabld

Use to activate the Workflow button so that it can be displayed and used in the dialog or to deactivate it. This button starts Interface workflows when it has been customized for this.
