Buttons in the object view
Name | Description |

Step View | Shows or hides the workflow task display. |
System Measurement | Branches to the xSuite System Measurement transaction for creating a new vendor (FK01). For more information, see xSuite System Measurement. |
Buttons in the detail view
Button | Name | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Sort in Ascending Order | Opens sorting options for the hit list. When the administrator selects a column in the sort options, the Sort in Ascending Order radio button will be enabled. |
| Sort in Descending | Opens sorting options for the hit list. When the administrator selects a column in the sort options, the Sort in Descending Order radio button will be enabled. |
| Refresh | Refreshes the hit list. |
| Replace | Resets an accepted work item, making it available again to all users responsible for the workflow task in which it is located. |
| Restart Step | Restarts the current workflow step for the selected line. |
| Restart Workflow | Opens a list of all available workflow steps for the selected line. The administrator can determine which workflow step the workflow is to be restarted in. Completed workflows cannot be restarted. |
| Restart Error | Opens the view Workflow restart after error for a selected work item with errors. In this view, the administrator can restart the workflow of the work item. Work items with errors have the work item status "ERROR". |
| Delete | Deletes the workflow selected. The SAP document will not be deleted. |
| Display Workflow protocol | Goes to the SAP workflow log of the selected workflow. |
| SAP Document | Opens the SAP document of the selected workflow in display mode. |
| Application report | Opens the selected work item in the xSuite overview of the respective xSuite object type. Example: A work item with the xSuite object type /WMD/XF_AP (xSuite FI incoming invoice) is opened in the Invoice Overview. |
| Agent determination preview | Opens a preview of the agent determination for the selected workflow. For more information, see Agent Determination Preview. |
| Route preview | Opens a preview of the subsequent workflow steps and the responsible user for the workflow selected. For more information, see The Route Preview. |

Button | Name | Description |

| Restore default sorting | Removes the sort settings. |
