The system matches the information in a document with the entries in the Search priorities tab that have the highest priority.

If the system does not find a suitable entry for the document information in the search priorities, it continues searching in the entries of the next priority level.

If the system finds a matching entry in the Search priorities tab, it searches for a matching entry in the Agent table tab.

The agent determination is completed. The work item is assigned to the user or user group found.

The work item is displayed to the agents determined in SAP (SAP Business Workplace), in xSuite Web (Web Business Workplace) and in SAP Fiori (Inbox).
