"Show change documents" tab

This tab is only available in SAP Fiori.
In the SAP GUI, use the Show change documents button to see change documents. For more information, see Buttons – xSuite User Administration.
This tab displays the change documents for a user or user group.
The change documents show a chronological list of all changes made to the user profile.
