Limits the notifications to one or more xSuite users.

Work item

Limits the notifications to one or more work items.

Task

Limits the notifications to one or more workflow tasks.

Company code

Limits the notifications to one or more company codes.

Factory calendar

By specifying a factory calendar, weekend and public holidays can be excluded from the calculation of the days exceeded.

Example: The maximum processing time is two working days. A task that is not worked on Friday does not cause a higher escalation level on Monday, but only on Tuesday.

Redirect all mails to:

The notifications are sent to the specified e-mail address and not to the e-mail address of the actual owner of the work item.

This is especially useful for testing purposes.

Write trace page

Outputs a results page when the report is executed.

Collective mail

Sends an e-mail listing all open workflow tasks instead of individual e-mails for each workflow task.

Write name responsible user

Specifies the user name of the user responsible.

The output of the user responsible is useful if another agent is to be informed in addition to the actual workflow recipient, for example, at a higher escalation level.

Mail text

Subject

Sets the text of the email subject line.

Text escalation step 1 to 4

Sets the text of the e-mail for each escalation level.
