"Status" tab

This tab is only available in the SAP GUI.
In SAP Fiori, the status of a user can be managed in the user data via the field Active. For more information, see Managing user data.
In the Status tab, the administrator activates or deactivates xSuite users.
Only users with the status "active" are considered in the agent determination, in a manual selection, and in the substitute maintenance.
Deactivated users do not receive workflow tasks and cannot participate in xSuite workflows.
