Object type

Limits the search to certain types of workflows based on the object type, for example, /WMD/XF_AP for FI invoice workflows.

Object key

Limits the search to the associated workflows based on the object key. For FI invoices, the object key consists of company code, document number, and fiscal year.

Current workflow ID

Limits the search to the associated workflows based on the workflow.

The purpose of the workflow ID is to provide unique identification of the workflow in the xSuite system.

Workflow status

Limits the search to work items with a particular workflow status, e.g. READY.

Role

Limits the search to workflow tasks that are assigned to the role entered.

Company code

Limits the search to workflows of one or more company codes.

xSuite Builder ID

Limits the search to the associated workflows based on the xSuite Builder ID.

The xSuite Builder ID is a unique number assigned to an xSuite workflow.

xSuite Builder Version

Limits the search to the associated workflows based on the xSuite Builder version.

Multiple versions of an xSuite workflow can be created. They should be specified as xSuite Builder versions.

Open processes

Determines whether not yet completed xSuite workflows are displayed.

Note: This field exists only in the SAP GUI.

Completed processes

Determines whether completed xSuite workflows are displayed.
