Option | Forward all mails to (test) | The notifications are sent to the specified e-mail address and not to the e-mail address of the actual owner of the work item. This is especially useful for testing purposes. |
Mail text | Subject | Sets the text of the email subject line. |
Template | Determines which text template is used for the e-mail text. Existing text templates can be used here. To create text templates, use transaction /WMD/XF_TXTPL. For more information, see Text templates for e-mails. |
