"Approve Document": Buttons

	OK	Confirms that the document is correct and ends the workflow step. The following steps are executed: The work item is transferred to the next workflow step. For information on the standard workflow, see The Standard MM Workflow. The work item is saved. The workflow log documents that the workflow step has been completed. Shortcut in the SAP GUI: CtrlF7
	Not OK	Rejects the workflow item and ends the workflow step. Requirement: A comment has been entered in the section Text. The following steps are executed: The work item is transferred to the next workflow step. For information on the standard workflow, see The Standard MM Workflow. The work item is saved. The workflow log documents that the workflow step has been completed. Shortcut in the SAP GUI: CtrlF8
	Forward	Forwards the work item to another user and leaves the workflow step open. Requirement: A comment has been entered in the section Text. The only users included in the list of substitutes are those allocated to the role for a given the task in xSuite User Administration. Shortcut in the SAP GUI: CtrlF1
	Replace	Returns the work item to the inbox and leaves the workflow step open. This makes the work item available to all other users responsible for that particular workflow task. (Translator's note on SAP terminology: The task is not actually "replaced" but rather is simply placed back into the inbox.) Which users are allocated to which workflow tasks is set in agent determination. Shortcut in the SAP GUI: CtrlF2
	Create Attachment	Adds an attachment to the document. For example, an original document can be added at a later date. Once attachments have been added, they cannot be deleted. Shortcut in the SAP GUI: CtrlF11
	E-Mail	Sends an e-mail. For information on e-mail dispatch, see E-Mail Dispatch. Shortcut in the SAP GUI: CtrlF12
--	Display Document	Opens the document in display mode. Shortcut in the SAP GUI: CtrlShiftF10 Note: This button is only available in the SAP GUI.
	Refresh	Refreshes the data of a work item. Note: This button is only available in xSuite Web and in SAP Fiori.
	Back	Routes you back to the Web Business Workplace and leaves the workflow step open. As you have accepted the work item, you are the only one that will be able to edit it. Note: This button is only available in xSuite Web and in SAP Fiori.

"Approve Document": Buttons for the Accounting Block

			Add row: Inserts a new account-assignment row. Shortcut in the SAP GUI: ShiftF6
			Add purchase order item: Inserts a purchase order item from an existing purchase order.
			Delete row: Deletes the account-assignment row selected.
			Copy row: Copies the selected account-assignment row.
			Check: Checks all items. For information on the approval of an invoice document, see Invoice Document Check. Shortcut in the SAP GUI: ShiftF7
			Save: Saves accounting block information. Shortcut in the SAP GUI: ShiftF8
			Synchronize from SAP document: Transfers the account-assignment information from the SAP document to the account-assignment block.
			Synchronize to SAP document: Transfers the account-assignment information from the account-assignment block to the SAP document. The availability of this button depends on how xSuite has been customized.
			Upload Excel document: Uploads a selected Excel file and transfers the account assignment rows from the Excel file to the account-assignment block. The structure of the selected Excel file must correspond to the structure of the account-assignment block. When naming the Excel file, never use a space directly preceding the dot and the file extension.
			Header data: Opens a partially editable overview of the header data.
			Balance: Shows the balance of the items for the entries in the header data. When you press Enter after having changed an item field or exiting the field, the balance displayed will be updated.
