Overview of filter settings in the Job Item Monitor

Filter | Description | |

1 | Filter on/off | Turns all filter functions on or off. The filter selection that controls the time and the search window is not affected. |
2 | Refresh Interval (seconds) | Selection of this check box will activate the refresh interval. This way, the Job Item Monitor list can be refreshed automatically without having to click the Refresh button again. |
3 | Filter Profile | The name of the filter and the filter selection according to filter name. A dropdown menu allows selection of all filter variants saved. |
4 | Add Filter Profile | The name of the filter and the filter selection according to filter name. A dropdown menu allows selection of all filter variants saved. |
5 | Delete Filter Profile | Deletes the currently selected filter profile. |
6 | Edit filter | Enables editing for the selected filter. |
7 | Interval Seconds | Number of seconds that defines the interval in which the list of the Job Item Monitor is refreshed. |
8 | To first page/Page back | Brings you back to the first page of the hit list or to the previous page of the hit list. |
9 | Date from ... | Sets the start date in the list view. |
10 | Pages | Shows the current page and the number of pages of the hit list. |
11 | Refresh | Refreshes the hit list view and apply the current filter settings. |
12 | Number of hits per page | Indicates how many items you want to be shown on a single page of the hit list. |
13 | Next page/To last page | Moves you ahead to the next page in the hit list or to the last page of the hit list. |
14 | Time until ... | Sets the time at which to end, in the list view. |
15 | Find | Indicates how many items you want to be shown on a single page of the hit list. |
