The "IndexCompletenessCheck" tool

The "IndexCompletenessCheck" tool checks and repairs the index of an archive.

Process

Selecting a command

  • Analyze: performs an analysis in which documents are indexed.

  • RepairIndex: indexes documents that are missing from the index.

  • RepairTopVersion: checks and repairs TopVersion flags.

  • DropIndex: deletes the index.

Archives

Source archives

Source archives can be transferred for checking separated by commas.

ForceIndex

If this parameter is set, documents that are not intended for indexing will also be indexed.

Method

Different test methods (only if Process and Analyze are also selected):

  • count: counts.

  • indexed checks whether individual documents have been indexed.

    This check takes considerably longer than the count.
