User administration
In user administration, new users and user groups can be created and existing users and user groups removed.
Creating a user
Open Encore administration.
Click on User.
Click
Add.➣ The New user dialog will open.
Enter the name of the user in the Name field.
Enter a password for the user in the Password field.
Notice
If you click on the Create password button, the system will generate a password for you.
In the Groups field, select the groups that are assigned to the user.
Notice
For an overview of the standard groups available, go to Default groups and default roles.
Click Save.
➤ The user has now been created.
Creating an Active Directory user
Open Encore administration.
Click on User.
Click
Add.➣ The New user dialog will open.
Enter the name of the user in the Name field in the syntax
@UserName.Enter a password for the user in the Password field.
Notice
If you click on the Create password button, the system will generate a password for you.
In the Groups field, select the groups that are assigned to the user.

Click Save.
➤ The Active Directory user has now been created.

In the drop-down lists Roles, Users and Choose an AppTile, select the roles, users, and tiles to be assigned to the group.
