xSuite Archive provides a number of tools for performing actions collectively for one archive, one document, multiple archives, or multiple documents. Each tool performs a specific action. Examples would be deleting archives with the "Drop" tool, or setting/removing legal characteristics with the "Legal" tool.

All available tools are listed under Tools. Here, you can select one or more tools and start execution. Before executing, define parameters for each tool. Among other things, these parameters will determine which archives or documents the action is executed for.
