The "CompletenessCheck" tool

The "CompletenessCheck" tool uses a list of references to check whether certain documents are available in archives.

Parameters

ReferenceList

Reference list of documents to be processed (file storage)

Mode

Review mode

  • default: Standard

  • eei: EEi format from EASY SOFTWARE AG

  • eex: EEx format from EASY SOFTWARE AG

  • Metadata key

File

Output file

The file contains information indicating the differences between the archive and the reference list.

In this section:

Each document has a unique reference. A document can be found in the archive system via the reference. A reference is always structured according to the pattern ACDC:///{tenant}/archive path$DocumentID. The specification of a tenant is optional.
