Process ID

The process ID uniquely identifies an xSuite workflow.

If you know the process ID, you can call the workflow directly.

Clicking on the process ID will open the xSuite Cockpit.

Restricts results to data of one or more document types, such as AB (Request for GP Bid).

Only documents that have completely passed through an xSuite workflow will be searched for.

Include items

Enables or disables the search fields in the Optionarea. In SAP Fiori, the checkbox is located in the Option area.

Specifies that only documents with the specified characteristics are displayed at the item level (e.g., with a specific material).

Note: In xSuite Web, the information in the Option area is searched for only by checking the Document status checkbox.

Include xSuite logdata

Determines whether the log data associated with the documents is displayed in the hit list.

Include linked xSuite processes (SAP Fiori and SAP GUI) / Include linked xSuite proce... (xSuite Web)

Determines whether related xSuite processes are displayed grouped together.

Note: The process often begins with a request. The request then becomes a purchase requisition and ultimately a purchase order. Over the course of the process, the xSuite process ID may change as multiple sub-processes such as purchase orders may have been generated. If these related processes are to be displayed grouped, the user must select the Show linked xSuite processes checkbox.

Sort by User

Determines whether the workflow agents are displayed by line in the hit list.

Include items

Determines whether the search fields in the Option area are included in the search.

Note: This field is only available in SAP GUI and in SAP Fiori in the Option area. In xSuite Web, the user will find the item data in the Document status area.

Limits display to an item or a range of items.

Limits the search by user name to work items that are currently being edited by one or more specific workflow agents.

Note: This field is only available in the SAP GUI and SAP Fiori.

Involved Agent

Limits the search by user name to work items that have been edited by one or more workflow agents.

Note: This field is only available in the SAP GUI and SAP Fiori.

Agent

This allows the user to narrow down the search for the current agent.

Note: This field is only available in xSuite Web.

Task

Searches work items by the ID of the workflow task in which the work items are located.

You can also enter a range of IDs for the search.

Role

Searches documents for the workflow task in which the work items are located.

Note: This field is only available in the SAP GUI and SAP Fiori.

Display Processing Times (SAP Fiori) / Display processing time (SAP GUI)

Current processing time

Determines whether the current processing time – i.e., the length of time that a document has remained in the current workflow task – is displayed in the hit list.

Note: Checking the boxes will cause the data retrieval to take longer than it would without compiling this specific data.

Due to browser limitations, a timeout may occur. In this case, an error message is displayed.

Note: This field is only available in the SAP GUI and SAP Fiori.

Total processing time

Determines whether to display the total length of time a document has remained in a workflow from the time it was created.

Note: Selecting the checkboxes will cause the data retrieval to take longer than it would without compiling this specific data.

Due to browser limitations, a timeout may occur. In this case, an error message is displayed.

Note: This field is only available in the SAP GUI and SAP Fiori.

Sets the maximum number of hits that will be displayed in hit list.
