Price and quantity blocks

If a difference is detected between the price or quantity of the invoice and the price or quantity of the purchase order for an invoice with PO reference, a block is automatically set. As long as a price and/or quantity block exists, an invoice cannot be posted.

Price block

If the prices in the purchase order and the invoice differ, a price block will automatically be set. A price block is indicated in the column Price block in the Items area.

To remove a price block, the price difference must be corrected. This might involve editing the price in the purchase order.

Quantity block

If the amounts in the purchase order and the invoice differ, a quantity block will automatically be set. A quantity block is indicated in the column Quantity block in the Items area.

To remove a quantity block, you can edit the quantity in the purchase order or create a goods receipt.
