xSuite user administration offers functions for creating and managing the users who are to participate in the workflow. You can define which users are authorized for which tasks in the workflow. This is done by assigning users certain roles. You can also group the users responsible for specific tasks into workflow user groups so that any of them can take care of a specific workflow task.
