Validation: Main Overview in SAP Fiori

Section		Information and comments
1	Common Header Data	In the header data section, the primary data of the document (e.g., vendor or company code) is displayed.
2	Purchase Order Items	This is where you can view the PO items of a document. For more information on PO items, see: Validation: Buttons for Item Data A PO item may contain multiple confirmation items. Confirmation items are editable in a separate view. For more information, see "Item Details" Screen: Main Overview in SAP Fiori.
3	Attachments	This is where the attachments to the document are displayed. The first attachment is the image itself (e.g., the order confirmation). Other files such as terms and conditions can be added as attachments. The file type of the attachment is indicated in parentheses. The document is displayed in xSuite Viewer. For information on the xSuite Viewer, see Working with the xSuite Viewer. All other attachments are displayed in a simple page view.
4	Text	This is where you can view and enter comments on the document. Comments are visible to all users processing the document. Comments are identified with a timestamp and the name of the agent who wrote the comment. Standard comments can be saved in a template (transaction /WMD/XF_TXTPL) and selected and edited in the Text section.
5	xSuite Log	This is the log for actions performed (e.g., the creation of a data record).
6	Settings	Here, you can define how documents are displayed (Settings → Global → Document display): Attachments only on demand: Attachments are not automatically displayed when a document is opened. Attachments can only be opened by clicking on the file name of the attachment in the Attachments section. Display attachments externally: Attachments are opened in a separate browser window when a document is opened. Close external window when leaving the document: The separate browser window that displays the attachments to a document will automatically close when you exit the document. iFrame-mode: Attachments are displayed in iFrame mode when a document is opened. Content Splitter: Specifies the percentage of the browser window split between displayed data and displayed attachments. Accessibility: The settings are applied to all xSuite Apps for SAP Fiori. This is where the extended accessibility mode is enable or disabled. For example, when accessibility mode is enabled, icons will be replaced with text, and graphics will be replaced with tables.
7	Viewer	This is where the image and other attachments to the document are displayed. The image of the document is displayed in the xSuite Viewer or in the PNG Viewer.
