Opens the SAP purchase order for the document.

Checks all PO items and refreshes the status in the column S (Error status).

The warning and error messages of all PO items are displayed together.

Adds an attachment to the document.

You can add additional attachments such as an original document at a later point in time.

Attachments that have been added are not transferred to the purchase order until the document has been posted.

Once attachments have been added, they cannot be deleted.

Sends an e-mail.

Saves the document and ends the workflow step.

Prerequisite: All PO items have either been released or rejected.

The PO items are either released or rejected. A document qualifies as rejected in its entirety when at least one PO item has been rejected.

The following steps are executed:

Forwards the work item to another user with an inquiry, leaving the current workflow step open.

Requirement: A comment has been entered in the section Text.

The recipient can enter comments and return the work item to the inbox. The recipient will not be able to edit the work item.

Shortcut in the SAP GUI: CtrlF4

Returns the work item to the inbox and leaves the workflow step open.

This makes the work item available to all other users responsible for that particular workflow task. (Translator's note on SAP terminology: The task is not actually "replaced" but rather is simply placed back into the inbox.)

Which users are allocated to which workflow tasks is set in agent determination.

Refreshes the data of a work item.

Routes you back to the Web Business Workplace and leaves the workflow step open.

As you have accepted the work item, you are the only one that will be able to edit it.

Opens the Status dialog for an item. The dialog shows a list of all messages for the respective item.

The icon of the button shows the message type of the messages.

Opens the header data of a purchasing document in a separate view.

In the Header Data view, the you can view the following data:

You can close the view using the Close button in the header or the Close button in the footer.

Opens the SAP document via the ITS (Internet Transaction Server) in display mode.

Opens the item details in a separate view.

In the Item Details view, you can view the PO items and the related confirmation items.

The system will highlight faulty data fields in red (error) or yellow (warning).

The view contains additional information on schedule lines, material data and conditions.

You can close the view using the Close button in the header or the Close button in the footer.
