Indicates the way in which the goods are sold. Distribution channels include retail, wholesale, or online portals.

Division

Searches for documents of a specific division to which specific materials, products or services are assigned.

Sales group

Searches for documents for which a selected vendor group is responsible.

Sales office

Searches for documents for which a selected sales office is responsible.

Customer

Searches for documents by customer.

Reference

Searches for documents by selected reference document number.You can set the customer order number, the sales order number, the delivery number, the invoice number, or the external delivery number as the reference number.

Reference Doc.

Searches for the document number of the reference document.

Clerk Abbrev.

Searches documents by abbreviated name of the selected accounting clerk.

Determines whether each PO item in a document is displayed in a separate row.

Searches documents according to the item numbers of their PO items.

Searches documents by the material price group they contain.

Workflow Information

Current agent

Searches documents by the user that last accepted or edited the documents as work items.

Involved agent

Searches documents by users that are responsible for the workflow task in which the documents are located.

Which user is responsible for which workflow tasks is defined in agent determination.

Task

Searches documents by the ID of the workflow task in which the documents are located.

Role

Searches documents by the role of the workflow task in which the documents are located.

Display processing times

Current processing time

Determines whether the current processing time – i.e., the length of time that a document has remained in the current workflow task – is displayed in the hit list.

Note: This field is only available in the SAP GUI and SAP Fiori.

Total processing time

Determines whether to display the total length of time a document has remained in a workflow from the time it was created.

Note: This field is only available in the SAP GUI and SAP Fiori.

Note: Checking the boxes will cause the data retrieval to take longer than it would without compiling this specific data.
