Sample roles
In the standard xSuite package, xSuite Group GmbH does not deliver any roles.
In this publication, we help orient you by describing sample roles for the typical user groups administrator, key user, departmental user (i.e., in accounting), and end user.
Note
The sample roles only possess the required xSuite authorizations.
In addition, users must be granted those SAP authorizations that are necessary for day-to-day work—for example, those for the display of FI and MM documents.
We will not address the types of aspects that would come up in company-specific customizing or authorization limitations related to the purchasing organization, the company code, content repositories, or document types. The customer himself must ensure that these aspects have been taken into consideration.
