Migration of authorization objects
In Version 5.2.1, installation by way of transports has been replaced with an SAP add-on-installation. An SAP add-on-installation does not allow any Z objects. For this reason, in Version 5.2.1, all active authorization objects remaining in the namespace ZXF1 have been migrated to the namespace J_8WX.
In Version 5.2.1, the authorization objects in the namespace ZXF1 remain intact but are antiquated.
Note
In the scope of program extensions, extensions to the fields and activities of authorization objects may be required. Extensions such as this are only performed in the namespace J_8WX.
Therefore, we recommend replacing the ZXF1 authorization objects in the existing authorization profiles with the new J_8WX authorization objects.
