xSuite Cube Authorization Guide

RFC user for communication with xSuite Interface

Different authorizations are required for the communication between xSuite Interface Windows and the SAP components of xSuite Interface. For more information, see Overview of authorization objects for the communication with xSuite Interface.

When using xSuite Capture, the invoice data and the image are generally transferred to SAP in most installations. Then a check accounting performs a check of the extracted invoice contents in SAP. If required, the record can also be parked directly, without any manual handling. For this, different authorizations are necessary. For more information, see Overview of authorization objects for parking a document as part of a batch.
