Workflow user "WF-Batch"
The SAP Business Workflow environment uses a system user for executing and managing workflows. This system user is generally called "WF Batch" and is also used by xSuite.
xSuite Group GmbH goes on the assumption that the necessary authorization SAP_ALL is available. If this authorization is not available, then the customer must ensure that all authorizations required for the use of xSuite are provided.
Note
As it is not possible to ensure which workflows are activated in the existing SAP system, we recommend that you assign the authorization SAP_ALL, and the group SUPER to the workflow user "WF-Batch."
Perform activation with a user that possesses the authorizations SAP_ALL and SUPER.
