In the dashboard, click User On-/Offboarding.

The user administration opens.

Click Add.

The Add user dialog opens.

Enter the e-mail address.

Enter the first name.

Enter the last name.

Select a user type.

Assign a business partner, if required.

Assign a business partner name if requested.

Assign at least one role to the user.

Click OK.
