New File

Opens an upload dialog where a file can be selected. The file will be added to the current folder. The file has not been yet made viewable to any business partner.

Create Folder

Creates a new folder in the current structure. A name must be assigned when creating the folder. The folder has not yet been made viewable to any business partner.

Download

Downloads selected files/folders.

Edit

Allows the user to change the file name.

Remove

Removes the file/folder.

Messages

Opens a message window for attaching messages to the file.

More

Opens a context menu with further functions.

Show publication

Opens a context menu with a selection of partners who might receive the file/folder.

If Limited to some partners is selected, business partners must be selected explicitly.

The duration of the publication can be limited in the date selection options.

In addition, you can select whether partners are allowed to upload files or create folders.

Show versions

Displays the uploaded versions.

Check in

Checks in the file.

Check out

Checks out the file. No other users have access to the file anymore. Business partners can no longer edit the file.

Upload new version

Opens a dialog for uploading a new version, and uploads that version.

Withdraw publication

Ends availability of a file/folder.
